A grill for all seasons PDF Print E-mail

grill & foodservice – in print, online & coming soon, to a mobile near you.
When grill magazine was first conceived, it was to deliver high quality commentary and professional intelligence to the hospitality and food service industry. Now grill & foodservice is continuing that commitment in the context of the rapidly evolving media environment that incorporates print and digital.

This issue is the first of the new format grill & foodservice magazine, a quarterly publication that provides a platform for in-depth commentary and intelligence, as well as a place where the obvious glamour of this community of ours can be portrayed.
Why quarterly? We canvassed readers and advertisers following the relaunch of grill & foodservice at the Hospitality Show in August. We learned that you love the style and format of the magazine and that it talks to you in your language – one intelligent professional to another. We learned that you want a publication that matches the seasons (for seasonal products and menus) and that you want an in-depth seasonal market intelligence resource. We also confirmed that you want instant access to local and international news and developments in your industry and you want a forum to communicate with your peers and swap ideas and information. And you want to have a good time doing all this, so you want your information resource to be irreverent and entertaining – much like the industry we are all passionate about.
The result of that feedback is the development of this new grill & foodservice website, incorporating a daily, global news service as well as daily market intelligence updates. Tell us what you do and don’t like. The website will be an evolving resource; nothing stays still online for long.
You will be able to register for our weekly email foodnews service which will alert you to breaking news, local and international trends and developments and important industry happenings.
Coming soon are the grill & foodservice ‘direct to mobile’ market intelligence alerts keeping you informed of hot new products and brief appearances of seasonal and rare foods, as well as industry insider information and gossip.
