We learned that you love the style and format of the magazine and that it talks to you in your language – one intelligent professional to another. We learned that you want a publication that matches the seasons (for seasonal products and menus) and that you want an in-depth seasonal market intelligence resource. We also confirmed that you want instant access to local and international news and developments in your industry and you want a forum to communicate with your peers and swap ideas and information. And you want to have a good time doing all this, so you want your information resource to be irreverent and entertaining – much like the industry we are all passionate about. The result of that feedback is the development of this new grill & foodservice website, incorporating a daily, global news service as well as daily market intelligence updates.
